I had a friend who could barely speak English (when staying with friends in Jerusalem) and when it was time to eat, she said “stop, look, listen…eat”. You had me laughing throughout to the point where Jenny turned to me and asked me what was so funny.
Excellent choice but in my humble opinion, Israeli Bulgarian cheese trumps feta….If you do the salad above do yourself a favor and add some fresh mint. It pops with the feta and veggies.
But I love your descriptions of exervise, the foods and the the clothes. Mind you I'm also losing weight here in the States by simply eating better (no more 3-4 Pepsi's a day, and much more fruits vegetables smaller and more frequent meals!
